4. Visual Merchandising:
   • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
   • Plan and execute visual merchandising displays to attract customers.
   • Ensure that products are well-stocked and presented effectively.
5. Inventory Management:
   • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock assessments.
   • Order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
   • Implement inventory control measures to prevent losses.
6. Compliance and Security:
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
   • Maintain store security by implementing loss prevention measures.
   • Address any safety or security concerns promptly.
7. Budgeting and Reporting:
   • Prepare and manage the store’s budget.
   • Generate reports on store performance and present findings to management.
   • Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
8. Customer Feedback and Improvement:
   • Gather and analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements.
   • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
