Job Description:

Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, existing clients, or conducting surveys. Your main goal is to promote our products or services, gather information, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects, leads, or customers following a predefined script or call guidelines.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer their queries, and provide information about products or services.
3. Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects , and promote the company’s products or services to generate sales opportunities.
4. Customer Support: Assist existing customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Data Collection: Conduct surveys or collect essential information as required for market research, customer feedback, or database updates.
6. Maintain Records: Accurately document call details, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
7. Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets and quotas set by the company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar role .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and call guidelines effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
