We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can help us connect with potential customers and promote our land development projects.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database to inform them about our land development projects and generate interest.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s projects, pricing, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our sales team for detailed project presentations.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information in our CRM system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads, providing them with necessary details and insights about the leads.
Targets and Reporting: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and conversions. Provide regular reports on your performance to the team lead or manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
