Walk-in for IT Recruiter
Job description and role:
Handling end-to-end recruitment.
Sourcing candidates through job portals/ social media/ LinkedIn and others respective to the job description.
Hands on experience in executing recruitment strategies
Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates
Speak to the candidates and brief them about the opportunity.
Follow up for the successful joining for the selected candidates.
Willing to work for 8 hours a day in UK or US shifts
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Implementing recruiting best practices
