Candidate with 4-8 years experience in food service industry
Should posses minimum 2-3 years of work experience as Manager from food and beverage industry.
Job duties include
1) Guest handling and management.
2) Waitlist tackling, handling and management.
3) Allotting and setting SOP for service.
4) Ensuring and maintaining service staff follow-up.
5) Taking care of productivity and use manpower respectively.
6) Looking after accounts.
