Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist Telecaller to join our team. As the first point of contact for our hotel, you will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, making reservations, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering Calls: Manage all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  2. Reservation Management: Assist guests with room reservations, changes, cancellations, and availability inquiries.
  3. Customer Service: Provide information about hotel services, facilities, room types, rates, and promotions to potential guests.
  4. Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns, complaints, or issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  5. Upselling: Promote hotel amenities and upsell services to maximize revenue.
  6. Database Management: Maintain accurate guest records, including contact details and special requests.
  7. Communication: Coordinate with other hotel departments as necessary to meet guest needs.
  8. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred. Experience with reservation systems is a plus.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required]. Ability to speak clearly and professionally.
  4. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  5. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) preferred.

  7. Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
